If you prefer, you can also call (425) 599-2275, email leasing@livetalisman.com, or submit a contact form and the leasing team will help set it up. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive.
The application along with 2 payslips or letter of hire are required.
5 times rental for income, must live in US.
3x rent with no current money owed to apartment communities.
