You can schedule a tour right on the website by clicking Schedule a Tour and choosing a date and time that works for you. If you prefer, you can also call (425) 599-2275, email leasing@livetalisman.com, or submit a contact form and the leasing team will help set it up. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive.

The application along with 2 payslips or letter of hire are required.

5 times rental for income, must live in US.

3x rent with no current money owed to apartment communities.

The process for a reasonable accommodation or modification generally follows these steps: Identify the disability‑related need. Submit a request (verbal or written). Provide verification if the need is not obvious. Engage in an interactive review with the housing provider. Receive approval or written explanation of denial. Implement the accommodation or modification, with costs handled according to fair‑housing rules. Maintain records for compliance and future reference.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 5th. Payments can be made by check, ACH, or credit card.
Renters insurance requirements are outlined during the application and leasing process.

We do not currently offer any furnished units.

Subletting or lease transfers may be permitted in accordance with the lease agreement and are subject to approval.
